Westlake's Refined Gathering Place
At Rub Pub, we've crafted a space where classic elegance meets genuine hospitality — where your morning espresso is as thoughtfully prepared as your evening cocktail, and every visit feels like coming home to something special.
Our Story
Rub Pub was born from a simple conviction: that a café and bar need not choose between refinement and warmth. Nestled on Forest Way in Westlake, we've created a space where the ritual of a perfectly pulled espresso shares the same room as the quiet satisfaction of a well-crafted cocktail.
Our founders understood that the best gathering places aren't defined by trends — they're shaped by attention to detail, genuine care for guests, and the conviction that everyday moments deserve to feel extraordinary. That philosophy guides everything we do, from the beans we source to the glassware we choose.
The Atmosphere
Walk through our doors and you'll notice the difference immediately — the warm amber glow of custom lighting, the rich tones of reclaimed wood, the comfortable seating arranged to encourage conversation or quiet reflection in equal measure.
Whether you're meeting a colleague for a morning coffee, enjoying a leisurely lunch, or settling in with a cocktail and good company as evening falls, Rub Pub offers a setting that feels both distinguished and deeply welcoming.
